"There
is another evil I have seen under the sun. Kings and rulers make a grave
mistake when they give great authority to foolish people and low positions to
people of proven worth. I have even seen servants riding horseback like
princes—and princes walking like servants!"
This is exactly what has happened in America’s
political realm. Because "We The People", the "Kings and
Rulers", have been distracted and disengaged from the political process we
have allowed fools to occupy positions of great authority and those who are
wise and experienced patriots are ridiculed and demonized because they believe
in our founding documents and the moral values of those who penned those
documents.
It is a disgrace, in my opinion, that the
majority of Christians in America are completely uninformed about who is ruling
over them and what their motives are. Christians hold the majority in America
and by rights ought to be the ones Solomon says should be in authority.
The blame for America being upside down falls
equally on the shoulders of the body of Christ and her Pastors for not
realizing the uniqueness God has given to this republic. Pastors should be
doing what scripture says and teaching the history of the land God has given us
and teaching our children how He has preserved this land through Divine
intervention.
Those who sit in the “Pews” are no less guilty
of surrendering authority to evil fools by not holding their pastors
accountable for teaching the history of the Church in Americas founding and the
responsibility for stewardship of the republic through the political system.
Through an underhanded act of Congress and because
of the fear of the influence the Church would have on the political process Lyndon
B. Johnson, then Senator from Texas, entered a bill called the Johnson Amendment
in the late 1950’s or early 1960’s that would effectively silence the church in
matters of government. The amendment was never fully enacted and yet it is the
greatest source of “fear” most pastors have, loss of their 501c3 status.
Loss of tax exemption has silenced many
pastors and kept them from teaching the full and “contemporary” gospel of Gods
role in America thereby giving places of authority to fools and keeping those
of proven worth in the shadows of the minority. I would remind those in
leadership in the body of Christ that you cannot serve two masters; you will
have to choose to either follow the “Tax Code” or Scripture.
“Fools base their thoughts on foolish
assumptions, so their conclusions will
be wicked madness; they chatter on and on.” We have had fools running things
long enough, it is time to educate the people and mobilize the Church to
deliver America from the Progressive ideology of Marxism and remove fools from
office who do not listen to the people.
