Overwhelming Grace

There are times when we need to hear from the Lord because things seem to be more than we can handle and it "feels" like we have been abandoned. I thank God that at those times He has ways to reassure us that He has not left us or forsaken us. At times it is not enough to just have the scriptures to comfort us, though the scriptures are alive and contain the words of life that sustain us.

God knows our frames and our weaknesses and at the times we begin to wonder if He knows we are going through difficult situations He sends us the comfort and affirmation we need. More than once He spoke to Jesus saying "This is my Son....." and when John the Baptizer was in prison needing reassurance Jesus sent Him a 'practical' word from the natural world saying "...the dead are raised the sick are healed....".

This morning as I was getting dressed to go out for a walk I was telling the Lord I needed to hear from Him and after 3 hours in the word and prayer I heard nothing and was feeling a bit overwhelmed by circumstances, He still said nothing. I walked out the door and was shocked and immediately depressed at the sight of snow on the ground and in the air coming down at an incredible rate. Out of my mouth came "OH GOD, I HATE SNOW!!!", I looked up and was about to ask Him why He was doing this to me now, I am not feeling well, Toots is sick and needs to go to the dr. today and I can't deal with this now. But as I looked up I saw the stars in the sky shining bright and yet it was snowing like crazy. Immediately I 'heard' the Lord say that no matter how bad things appear He is there and no amount of discouragement the enemy tries to bring my way will be able to blind me to His presence.

He is not "in" the storm that comes into our lives but He is in the midst of it with us giving us peace and the assurance we need. He will always show us the thing we need to see or send someone with the word we need to hear to strengthen us and encourage our hearts. As quickly as I saw the stars through the snow and heard Him speak to me the snow ended. In the midst of this current storm He spoke and though there is snow on the ground, He is still on the throne and in control.....

"I have told you all this so that you may have peace in me. Here on earth you will have many trials and sorrows. But take heart, because I have overcome the world.”
John 16:33 NLT

Truth Or Consequences

"I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Advocate, who will never leave you. He is the Holy Spirit, who leads into all truth. The world cannot receive him, because it isn’t looking for him and doesn’t recognize him."

I received a word from the Lord a couple months ago that reveals what is happening in the world and in certain factions within the Church. He said "your priority must become to know truth not to be right. If you are walking in truth you will never have to worry about being right."

When Jesus told the disciples He would send the Holy Spirit He said He would lead us into all truth, "all truth" is something the world has no desire to know, in fact no truth is desired by the world today. The powers that be want to use facts to support an agenda and truth interferes with that plan. It is because facts can be manipulated to prove a position, but truth cannot, that truth is rejected. Pride and prejudice are driving the world, and many believers, toward destruction and unless the desire to know truth becomes stronger than the desire to be right that destruction is certain.

Today I believe the Lord would have us all ask Him to lead us into truth and to open our hearts to receive it. In many cases that will mean our theology must become flexible, and in some cases rejected. Biblical doctrine must override personal/Church doctrine if we are going to walk in all truth. Being right will not matter if we are walking with the Holy Spirit desiring only to know truth. We cannot expect the world to accept "Truth" because it is not part of their agenda but it must be our only agenda because it is truth that will ensure our freedom.

"Where the Spirit of the Lord (truth) is there is freedom" but where the need to be right is there is oppression and despair.

Flexibility

A wise man once said "Blessed are the flexible for they shall bend and not break". Today flexibility is something we must have when searching for truth in our walk with God. I believe we are entering a time when much of what we believe is going to be challenged and if we are too dogmatic in those beliefs we will not see what the Spirit doing in His Church.

Being flexible does not mean being tolerant of what is clearly not truth, it means that we are willing to accept the possibility that we may be wrong in some of our doctrinal positions and that we are willing to study the scriptures to discover and apply truth to our own lives.

Unity Will Prevail

“Look, I am sending you the prophet Elijah before the great and dreadful day of the Lord arrives. His preaching will turn the hearts of fathers to their children, and the hearts of children to their fathers. Otherwise I will come and strike the land with a curse.”

I can't help but believe we are about to see the one promised in this passage from Malachi appear on the scene the restoration of the family in every aspect of that relationship will be restored. All the turmoil in our nation is, to me, evidence that there is a fierce battle taking place in the heavens. Many believers have been praying for the restoration of unity in America and just as it took weeks for Daniels prayer to be answered because of a battle in the 2nd heaven our prayers will come to fruition if we continue to press in.

I continue to dare to believe it is not coincidence that the day Bart and I stood in the city of David and prayed for the Lord to restore unity and favor to our nation that all hell broke out in the streets of America. The enemy knows his time is short and he is throwing all he has into the battle for the soul of America. He knows that this nation has a destiny to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ and that we are the biggest obstacle in the natural realm to him destroying Israel and the Jewish people so we must be destroyed for his mission to succeed. It is also no surprise that my wife and I are being attacked like never before. I was the one who God chose to initiate the mission to Israel last month and the enemy is trying to destroy my faith so that he can reverse what was done in Jerusalem, he will not prevail! I will honor and serve Him because He is worthy!

We cannot allow the evil emanating from those in positions of authority who are sowing division among the people to discourage us. The scripture tells us that if we pray according to His will we can be confident that He hears us and because He hears us we know we will have what we have asked for. There is no doubt that His will is that we would dwell together in unity and if we pray without wavering we will see His Spirit bring victory.

We must become militant in our prayers asking God to destroy His enemies and to restore the Republic He established. Those who seek to divide America and those who are perverting the word of God, Al Sharpton in particular, are enemies of the gospel and they will be brought to their knees publically and either repent or be destroyed. There is innocent blood on the hands of those who have sown division for their own profit and they will be destroyed.

The word of the Lord for the Church is "Pray without ceasing", pray as though the destiny of this nation and the lives of those you love are at stake because they are. If we fail to battle for this nation our posterity will suffer greatly and we will be guilty of the pain and suffering they endure.......Pray for the destruction of our enemies....

My Fathers Heart

A few years ago while watching my father go through the process of dying I witnessed many of his medical procedures. This morning while walking outside in the dark one test he had came to my mind like a 3D movie. It was so clear and real that it startled me.

He had pneumonia and his doctors thought he might have fluid building up in the sack around his heart so they ordered a sonogram of his heart and lungs. As I watched the technician perform the test I saw my fathers heart in real time. I could see every blood vessel and every beat of his heart. The dye they put in his blood showed it being pumped through the chambers and out to his body. It was an amazing sight that I will never forget.

As the vision played out in my mind I asked the Lord why He brought that experience to my mind and what He wanted me to do with it. As suddenly as I asked He spoke and said "Pray that you will be able to see My heart as clearly as you saw your natural fathers heart as you face the future."

I believe what I saw and what the Lord spoke is a "word" we are all going to need in the days ahead. If you, like me and my family, are facing difficulties in this world pray that through it all we will "see" the heart of God as it beats strong and healthy while pumping life and love to the entire body. We are Our beloveds and His love is always toward us.........

Confession Of A Broken Heart

"Love is patient and kind. Love is not jealous or boastful or proud or rude. It does not demand its own way. It is not irritable, and it keeps no record of being wronged. It does not rejoice about injustice but rejoices whenever the truth wins out. Love never gives up, never loses faith, is always hopeful, and endures through every circumstance."

When I read this and other passages that explain what a believer should be I cringe at how miserably I fail to reach this bar. While I try to be kind and I don't believe I am jealous or boastful or rude toward people I wonder how often I have been perceived as or have been guilty of being prideful and I know I have been irritable more than a few times which is to say I want "my own way" over the needs or wants of others. I know that I have in my mind a record of some of the wrongs that have been done to me or those I love and care for.

With all that is corrupt and wicked within my heart I could easily fall into hopelessness and run away hoping to die so as to bring no more shame to Jesus or His church. But I rejoice when the Spirit of God whispers "louder" than the voice that speaks condemnation into my mind. He reminds me that love (Jesus) never gives up on me, He never loses faith in me and He always imparts hope to my heart.

It is because He has revealed His faithfulness to me that I have Hope for the future and that hope is what gives me the courage to endure the trials of life. While faith and hope are essential to living a full life, without love it is all for nothing. It is "Love" Who is the author of our faith and hope. Love must be our highest goal.....

The key to Lo-debar

"Oh, how the mighty heroes have fallen in battle! Jonathan lies dead on the hills. How I weep for you, my brother Jonathan! Oh, how much I loved you! And your love for me was deep, deeper than the love of women!"

The love between David and Jonathan is a covenant love between
believers that is rarely displayed in todays world. It was that
covenant of love that allowed Jonathan to see that David was the
rightful successor to the throne and to willingly resist his own
father to help David. Jonathan knew that if Saul were to kill David he would then have to kill his own father or if he were present when the attempt on David's life took place he would have to do everything he could to stop the attack, even take the death blow himself or kill his own father.

These two men were closer than brothers, they were covenant partners. Their commitment to honor and integrity is surpassed only by that of God in sacrificing His own Son for the lives of those He created. The covenant of love between the two that extended even to their descendants is seen in David's treatment of Mephibosheth, Jonathan's son.

Mephibosheth had been taken to "Lo-debar" by the family of Saul
because they either were unaware of the covenant between the two men or they didn't trust David to honor his oath. The place Mephibosheth was take to hide was called Lo-debar, a dry empty wasteland, he was taken there because of a lie and lived in a state of poverty and despair not knowing if he would live another day.

When David sent men to get him and bring him back he thought that David was going to kill him so that there would no longer be a threat to his throne. When he was brought before David he fell to the floor thinking it was over, but instead of killing him David told him all the things that belonged to his father Jonathan had been saved for him. He was welcomed into the palace and treated as a brother to the king just as his father Jonathan had been. The last thing we read about Mephibosheth is that he sat at the kings table the rest of his life.

Many people are living in Lo-debar today because they do not know who the "King" is and that He is not wanting them dead but rather has all the blessings of life in His palace waiting for them to receive. Like Mephibosheth, the gift of living free cannot be experienced if we remain in the dry empty desert of Lo-debar. Too many lies have been told about what the King (Jesus) is like and how religious you have to be to receive all the freedom He has to offer. The only thing it takes is to accept what He has to offer according to the Bible is to confess with our mouth and believe in our heart that Jesus is the King and that He died for our sins and rose again so that we could be saved/brought into the palace to receive what has been saved for us.

Mephibosheth was a crippled young man who had nothing to offer in return for the things the King had given him. He was dropped on a staircase as a child and his legs were broken in the fall. We like him were broken in a "fall" and through no fault our own have nothing to offer the King in return for His generosity and He desires nothing from us but that we accept Him. We do not have to live in the dryness of a wasteland or in fear of being caught and killed, God does not want to destroy anyone, He wants all men to be free and to receive all He has for them.

We, believers, are the modern equivalent of the men David sent to
Lo-debar to find the heir to Jonathans household. We are to bring the good news to the dry, empty wasteland where lies have men trapped in their crippled state fearing the wrath of the King and feeling worthless as cripples. We carry the key to freedom for those held captive by the lies of the enemy......

Its Time To Take The Gloves Off

"In his justice he will pay back those who persecute you." Paul to the Church in Thessalonica

What we are seeing unfold in America is a counterfeit of what the Church should be doing. Progressives are seeking the destruction of our nation to gain control of society. The radical element of the Progressive movement, including the president and many in our legislative branch of government are fomenting hatred and violence in the natural realm so that they can implement martial law to control and silence any and all opposition to their agenda. They are encouraging division and distrust while fueling the flames of general discord among all citizens.

The tactics being used against our republic are as sinister and evil as the one they originate from and we must not allow them to continue to go unchallenged. We must become as brutal and ruthless against evil as evil is against all that is good.

Paul told the Church in Ephesus to expose evil wherever it is found and we must follow that command. He told them, and us, to "Be strong in the Lord and in His mighty power. Put on all of God’s armor so that you will be able to stand firm against all strategies of the devil. For we are not fighting against flesh-and-blood enemies, but against evil rulers and authorities of the unseen world, against mighty powers in this dark world, and against evil spirits in the heavenly places." Our fighting must rise to a new and deadly level in the spiritual arena, we must become as determined to see God's enemies destroyed as they are to see our destruction.

"Now I, Paul, appeal to you with the gentleness and kindness of Christ—though I realize you think I am timid in person and bold only when I write from far away. Well, I am begging you now so that when I come I won’t have to be bold with those who think we act from human motives. We are human, but we don’t wage war as humans do. We use God’s mighty weapons, not worldly weapons, to knock down the strongholds of human reasoning and to destroy false arguments. We destroy every proud obstacle that keeps people from knowing God. We capture their rebellious thoughts and teach them to obey Christ. And after you have become fully obedient, we will punish everyone who remains disobedient."

Our battle is not one of passively praying and then going about our daily routines hoping God will do something because we spent a few minutes saying "oh Jesus help our leaders find You, and turn their hearts to see the errors of their way......." We must begin to battle the demons they have allowed to control them and are using to destroy the land God has given us. Our weapons are much more powerful than anything the devil has at his disposal but if we do not begin acting like warriors and abandon the Neville Chamberlin appeasement philosophy we will lose the current battle and our children will be forced to go around this mountain again.

We must become as radical as the enemy we fight against. We must understand his tactics and counter his every move until we are no longer fighting to regain ground we have given up but we are fighting an offensive war in the heavenlies. The only time I believe God will honor a war of aggression is when the aggression is in the spirit realm against the powers of hell, it is that time!

These are Paul's words "And after you have become fully obedient, we will punish everyone who remains disobedient." We, the church, need to punish those who have refused to repent, those who have betrayed the nation they swore to defend must be forced to trial for their crimes and we must demand that our representatives hold all the guilty parties accountable for their crimes against God and His purposes.

"....we are not fighting against flesh-and-blood enemies, but against evil rulers and authorities of the unseen world, against mighty powers in this dark world, and against evil spirits in the heavenly places...", note that in this verse Paul states that we are fighting powers in the spiritual realm AND "powers IN THIS DARK WORLD".........

Removing God......Why?

"Heaven and earth will disappear, but my words will never disappear."

No other book of "Words" has been the center of such controversy and yet survived every vicious attack and attempt to remove it from society, even the Nazi book burnings could not wipe it out of Europe. No other book has been read by more people than the Bible. No other book has had the influence on the history of the world than the Bible. No other book has been on the "Best Seller" list longer than the Bible.

It should provoke those who don't have a clue about what is written within its pages to try to figure out how such a simple thing as a book is capable of being the center of centuries of conflict and the focus of hatred by those who are ignorant of its content.

The whole book is about one "Man" and His desire to love all of mankind and to show man how to love in return. It is full of scientific, historical, geological, geographical and many other scientifically provable facts and is completely based in truth yet is continuously under attack....why?

There is much more going on with this book than many are aware of, there is a reason for all the controversy and distractions away from this book. There is a reason the "Left" hates it and yet "Quotes" from it out of context and misrepresents its meaning and purpose. There is a reason it was forbidden for centuries to be read by the "Common Man" or for him to posses it in any form. There was a reason only the "Priests" were allowed to read it to the people and only then in a language they did not speak. There is a reason that men were sentenced to death for translating it into readable languages.

The reason is simple, at least to anyone who is willing to be honest and desires to know the truth more than they desire to be right. The facts surrounding all attempts to silence the Bible are this; in each case, including the religious leaders during the time Jesus walked the earth, the reason was because those in power saw it as a threat to their control over the population. The same reason applies to those trying to remove it from the public stage today. They know that true liberty, individual freedom and creativity to invent, produce and market products creating individual wealth is taught, encouraged and in fact originates from the "Words" of the Bible and the God who inspired those words wants all men to be free from those who oppress and abuse others.

There is nothing new under the sun and the things happening now to ban the Bible and attempts to twist its words to say what it clearly does not (what the snake did in the garden) will continue to happen until there is no longer time for the debate and deception. To be free, prosperous and happy a society needs only one thing, free and open access to the Bible in every sector of daily life from cradle to grave so that the Spirit who interprets it can freely and openly work in the hearts and minds of its willing readers. Our founders understood this but for some reason we consider ourselves to be a bit wiser than they obviously were.....

Choas Before The Change

I have been watching the news about the manufactured race wars that are being orchestrated here in America and the way our president and other leaders have been stoking the hatred between police and blacks. I have also been watching what is happening between the political parties in Israel. Israel's Prime Minister has fired the liberal members of his government and there is now a smear campaign against the only real leader on the world stage. At the same time there is turmoil happening in each of our respective countries our president is considering the use of sanctions against our only friend in the Middle East , Israel, creating turmoil between both nations.

In my mind it looks pretty bad for all parties except for one thing, it was almost exactly two weeks ago today that I stood in the City of David with Bart and prayed for God to destroy His enemies and to restore leaders to Israel and America who would be true leaders after the example of David and his love for God. We also prayed for the staff of Favor and Union to be restored so that the two nations would be united under the leadership of Godly representatives.

So looking at the chaos that is happening how can it be that what we prayed is happening when in fact it appears as though the opposite is happening? Before a termite (Progressive policies) or storm damaged home can be repaired the rotten wood and broken timbers and any other damaged materials must be removed and the removal process can be ugly.

What Bart and I did was a prophetic act of faith, and very often when operating in that realm the opposite will happen before what was seen in the vision that prompts one to step out in faith comes to pass. So when I see all hell breaking out in America and Israel I choose to believe, in fact I dare to believe, that what was done in Israel a few short weeks ago is changing the world today and God is very much at work preparing our two nations for the harvest ahead.

Turn The Other Cheek.....Ah....Not Any More

Paul says that believers who refuse to repent should be turned over to Satan so that their mortal bodies might be destroyed but their souls may be saved. He told the Galatian Church that anyone, even an angel, who comes preaching any other gospel than the one he brought to them/us should be cursed for ever. God said 'Jacob I loved but Esau I hated'. King David prayed continuously that his and Gods enemies would be utterly destroyed in very graphic terms. Paul tells us in a letter to the Church in Thessalonica that God will bring judgment on those who have caused them trouble. He tells us that those who neglect their family's needs are worse than a heathen, and that those who refuse to work should not receive a handout.

When Jesus returns He will bring with Him death and destruction to millions who defy Him. He will not be a passive feel good liberal who will overlook the pain corrupt people have caused His followers. He in fact said that anyone who hurts a child would be better off not having been born and that a millstone would be placed around their necks and be cast into the sea.

Must we continue 'turn the other cheek' while we watch evil triumph over the innocent? Must we ignore the Psalm that tells us to 'defend the defenseless'? Must we surrender to the devil while he takes from us and our children what God clearly has given to us to steward?

How long will we, the Church, stand passively by and allow those who use and abuse the smallest and least able to defend themselves to continue their abhorrent actions that destroy life and liberty while making a mockery of our faith and blaspheming our God. When will we, like Jesus, begin to stand and confront the powers that be with the truth in the public square calling them 'whitewashed tombs full of dead men's bones or a den of vipers, or sons of the devil'? When will we begin to petition our God like David did and call on Him to make an open display of the destruction of His and the Church's enemies. When will we demand that our nation be returned to the God that established it?

My answer; "A long time ago". I have been and will continue to petition God to destroy His enemies in a very public manner. I will do everything within my rights as a citizen of this republic and a child of the true King to seek the Kings favor and for Him to end the constant assault on this republic. I will bombard the heavens with prayers asking for justice and for those who preach the "Progressive Gospel, the social justice gospel" or any other gospel than the Gospel of Jesus Christ to be destroyed or in Paul's words "Cursed forever". Enough is enough, the powers that be must be openly confronted with the truth.

Matthew 10:34-39
“Don’t suppose that I have come to bring peace to the Land. It is not peace I have come to bring, but a sword! For I have come to set a man against his father, a daughter against her mother, a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law, so that a man’s enemies will be the members of his own household. Whoever loves his father or mother more than he loves me is not worthy of me; anyone who loves his son or daughter more than he loves me is not worthy of me. And anyone who does not take up his execution-stake and follow me is not worthy of me. Whoever finds his own life will lose it, but the person who loses his life for my sake will find it."

Matthew 11:12 Amp.
"And from the days of John the Baptist until the present time, the kingdom of heaven has endured violent assault, and violent men seize it by force as a precious prize—a share in the heavenly kingdom is sought with most ardent zeal and intense exertion." 

The Dictates Of Vision

New Living Translation;
"When people do not accept divine guidance, they run wild. But whoever obeys the law is joyful."

English Standard Version;
"Where there is no prophetic vision the people cast off restraint, but blessed is he who keeps the law."

New American Standard Bible;
"Where there is no vision, the people are unrestrained, But happy is he who keeps the law."

King James Bible;
"Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he"

The world is in crisis because those who are leading on the political stage have an agenda that is contrary to the purpose of God for man. The 'vision' they have is for self gratification and control of society by any means necessary. In most countries around the world the only way to change the system is by violent overthrow, which as we have seen does not always end well.

The good thing about living in America is that our founders had "Divine Vision" when they drafted our founding documents. They left us a Constitutional Republic which puts as the authority over us those documents not those elected to office who have sworn to "Uphold the Constitution".

What we are seeing now is a president and Congress with an ungodly vision trying to destroy a Divinely ordained nation with a purpose and destiny established on the Word of God and the Covenant between Him and this nation. The promise from Solomon's book of wisdom is this "When the wicked are in authority, sin flourishes, but the godly will live to see their downfall." Prv 29:16

It is the vision of leaders that determines how a people will live and whether peace will flourish among the them. The wicked are in authority now but we, the godly, will live to see their downfall. I believe it is imperative that believers begin to seek God like never before, pleading with Him to put godly men in office and give them His vision for our nation.

Those of us who see and understand, whether Christian or not, that the vision those in office now have is destroying our liberty, must begin reaching out to those around us pointing out the truth in the statements from proverbs that says vision dictates destiny and that it is critical that we return to the vision of our forefathers. That vision is what has made America able to survive through two centuries of chaos in the world. If we discard that vision we will regret it and history will count us as the a generation of fools because in our "Collective Heart" we are proclaiming there is no God.

Our nation is in free fall and it is in danger of collapse, but that may not be such a bad thing if it awakens the people to the errors of our ways by electing to ignore our destiny. Our God is in covenant with America and He cannot allow us to fail, His name is at stake and He will pursue us just as He has Israel. The only question is how severely do we need to be 'spanked' before we realize we screwed up.......

Obama's Latest Speach....

"My fellow Americans,
It is with deep disdain and utter contempt for Conservative citizens and their representatives in Congress that I come before you today to clarify the misconception being perpetrated by Republicans and the radical Tea Party faction of the GOP.

Time and again, from the phony scandals surrounding Fast and Furious, the IRS, Benghazi, the VA and a dozen other of my administrations programs, Republicans have accused me and my administration of not understanding the limits of the office I hold and that I have violated the Constitution and the oath I took to uphold it.

They have unsuccessfully tried to obstruct every effort I have tried to make to fundamentally transform America into a Progressive utopia and to this day they continue to try to convince the American voter that I am out of touch with their values and that I don't understand what they want from their government.

Let me take this opportunity to make myself perfectly clear, as I have been from my first day in office, What the GOP does not understand is that just because I don't care what you as Americans want from your government does not mean I don't understand."

25th And Oposition To Christmas

"In the beginning the Word already existed. The Word was with God, and the Word was God. He existed in the beginning with God. So the Word became human and made his home among us. He was full of unfailing love and faithfulness. And we have seen his glory, the glory of the Father’s one and only Son."
John 1:1-2, 14 NLT

For this reason I celebrate the Birth of Jesus Christ. The very thought that the creator and sustainer of all that exists would lower Himself to the state of a created being, and even lower still a fallen being, so that He could rescue the entire race of beings that rejected Him is more than reason enough to celebrate.

There are many cults and even some believers who believe it is wrong to celebrate Jesus' birth in December, or at any time, based on the fact that December 25th is in line with satanic worship or some nonsense like that or that because the early Church did not celebrate it we should not, though I am not sure how they know it wasn't celebrated.

My perspective is December 25th, regardless of what some satan worshippers are doing that day, is the "Day the Lord has made and I will rejoice and be glad in it" and I will choose to celebrate Jesus' birth on that day even though I believe it to be in the spring of the year.

As for not celebrating it at all because there seems to be no record of the early church celebrating it is to assume that the 1st century Church was full of exceptional biblical scholars and was the perfect example of what the Church should be (Wrong!!!). Though there "May" not be any record of the early Church celebrating His birth there is more than a little evidence that His Father held nothing back in celebrating His birth! Read Luke's gospel account and you will see that there was a "Stage Production" in the heavens like nothing ever seen.

In my limited understanding, if God does something that a few men decide is wrong and God has no where in His word forbidden me to do as He did, I'm sorry to the few but I'm doing as God did. Right or wrong in celebrating on the 25th of December, my heart is to be grateful for God sending Jesus to become like me and to die so that I may be redeemed and delivered from my self.

Again I say "This is the day the Lord has made and I will rejoice in it!" There is nothing that "Belongs" to the devil, no day no hour no nothing! He has only temporary custody of a very limited number of things that hold nothing over those who believe in Jesus and I will not concede December 25th to belonging to him any more than I will concede that he owns October 31, every day belongs to my God!!!

This administration gets it's operating philosophy from watching how Homer Simpson deals with life issues. Homer's classic line is spoken to Lisa, his daughter, at a time when her life was falling apart. When she tells her detached father he doesn't understand her needs and desires Homer replies "Oh Lisa, just because I don't care doesn't mean I don't understand".

Sound familiar?

To Vote Or Not To Vote

Considering the current state of affairs in America’s political arena many Christians question whether it is ‘kosher’ for them to be politically active or not. My answer to that question is the same answer I give when counseling anyone who comes to me seeking advice on issues of everyday life, I ask what was the position Jesus had on that subject. 

   There is no issue of life from farming to abortion that God does not address in the Bible, but often you have to study to find the principle on what we consider ‘modern’ issues that are not obvious and politics, to some, is such an issue.

   Many Christian leaders are opposed because they claim Jesus never confronted Rome’s rule over Israel which is to a degree true. BUT He most assuredly did directly confront the political structure placed in authority over Jews during His time among men.

   Though it is true that Israel was under occupation by Rome the political structure of Israel that was established at the time was known as the Sanhedrin or the high court which was run by both the Pharisees and the Sadducees. It was the Sanhedrin that acted as the supreme authority over the governing of the people and they were in fact given authority to continue in that role by Rome in order to keep peace in the Land. 

   Anyone who has read the New Testament knows that when it came to confronting the Pharisees no one could hold a candle to Jesus! My goodness he called them “sons of the devil”, “a generation of vipers”, “white washed tombs full of dead men’s bones” to their faces in front of crowds of thousands of people. He often challenged their “unconstitutional” laws by saying to thousands that “You have heard it said ‘BUT I SAY’”. He openly reprimanded them for putting their ‘traditions’, which they had made into laws, before the commands of God. He told the people to listen to what they spoke but DO NOT DO AS THEY DO, meaning use critical thinking and discernment to weed out the truth and follow that, but do not follow their example of living outside of the just, or IHMO unconstitutional laws. 

   Though Jesus never entered into armed conflict with the rulers He did tell his disciples to bring a sword when they left the Upper room. His call was not to be physically involved in resistance because He was to fight the spiritual battle for the entire human race not to deliver the Jews from an unjust occupation by Rome. I believe He had the sword brought to the garden to give His approval of defending against an assault by the authorities and not as an offensive weapon. I could be wrong but it is what I believe and we will have to agree to disagree about the sword issue if you feel differently.
In any case it is very clear that Jesus did not sit idle and allow those in authority to abuse the people with unjust laws that enslaved them and stole from them the liberties God had given to them.
With Jesus as our example of dealing with the law makers and enforcers of our nation we MUST NOT remain silent and uninvolved any longer. It is time to take action with our words verbally and through social media and every other venue available to us. To quote a man who gave his life to confront the evils of his day “Silence in the face of evil is itself evil”.

Saving America for the spreading of the gospel to the world and our posterity is at stake and Christians will be held accountable for the stewardship of His nation. I believe it may well be a sin of omission for believers not to participate in the governing process.

The Day And The Hour

“However, no one knows the day or hour when these things will happen, not even the angels in heaven or the Son himself. Only the Father knows."

It is mind blowing to think that the One whom all things were created through and are sustained by has "Chosen" to not know the day or hour the "End' will come. He is fully God and yet He laid aside His Divine attributes and took on the form of man so that He could be an example to us.

The Apostle Paul said that everything Israel went through was an example for us, meaning we must understand history to be able to learn from it and not repeat the mistakes our predecessors made. The biggest mistake man made was rejecting the One who came to deliver them because what He preached undermined their understanding and their traditions.

There is a family mentioned in the Old testament called "Issachar", the Sons of Issachar were men who understood the times because they studied the scriptures and history. In the New Testament there is a place called Berea where the people were notorious for their "open mindedness".

Both the Sons of Issachar and the Bereans had to have the same humility Jesus showed to understand that they did not have all the answers and that they never would, "it is the Glory of God to hide a thing and the glory of men to search it out". Both also understood that the abilities they had were gifts not to them but to all people. The job they had been given was to help man be prepared for the things ahead and for the eventual end of the age.

It is said of the Bereans that they listened to Paul's teaching and though what he was preaching was new and unusual they did not reject it, they took it to the scripture to verify or debunk them. They accepted the possibility that some of what they believed through tradition could be wrong and because they desired truth more than being "right" they were honored not only in their day but they are immortalized in the Word of God. (Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord and He will lift you up)

Today we are seeing things that Jesus said would happen before the "end" comes, yet few people are paying attention to the signs. We cannot know the exact moment of Jesus' return but we most assuredly can and do know that He is at the door just waiting the word from His father to go get His bride.

It essential that we not make the mistakes of past generations and reject things that contradict what we have been taught through "Church Doctrine", we must be willing to 'change' our theology if it can be shown that it contradicts Biblical doctrine. Nearly all theologians had to "change" their theology and doctrines in May of 1948 when Israel once again became a nation, and we must be as willing to do the same when God dose a new thing.

Our desire must become knowing the truth not just being right if we are going to be among those who "Remain To The End". But having the right doctrine is of no value if we do not know and have a personal relationship with the God our doctrine is supposed to be revealing. "Study to show yourself approved".........

Floating The "Balloon"

The "trial balloon" has just been released! CDC chief calls for the beginning of "controlled travel" of those who "may" have been exposed to Ebola Virus. At first glance it makes sense but let's not lose sight of how we got where we are, who got us here and what their motto is, "never waste a crisis because you can do things you could never get away with at other times". And if you don't remember ...the blog I wrote last year called "Operation Northwoods" you might want to read it because if there is no crisis to exploit Progressives WILL create one...

Do I think the CDC screwed up with the Ebola Virus intentionally? Answer; I have no reason to doubt that they did or reason to believe they didn't. I believe they would in a heartbeat if they thought it would advance their agenda to control the population and there is absolutely no doubt that an out of control Ebola outbreak would allow them to take total control of everything in the country. Buckle up gang it is about to get interesting.

In a completely unrelated incident (#coughcough) new polls were released today showing Obama at his lowest approval ratings ever and democrats approval rating is at a 30 year low.......

Favor And Union

"....Then I took two shepherd’s staffs and named one Favor and the other Union...."

Favor and Union are the foundation of America and just as when both shepherds staffs were broken it brought judgment to Israel, America has lost "Favor" with God by rejecting Him as her shepherd resulting in our "Union" being brought under judgment.
Before America's Union (unity) can be restored we must have "Favor" with God again and that cannot happen unless we repent for rejecting His Lordship. I believe this can be achieved but it will take a dedicated effort by the Church to rise up and intercede without ceasing. Their are other actions that must also be taken including the sharing of the gospel openly and without compromise.

There are also "prophetic" actions that must be done both here in America and in Israel. Those with prophetic anointing's must go to the highest places in their geographic locations and make prophetic proclamations of repentance and a return to God. Others must go to the highways and make those proclamations, and others to the lowest valleys to proclaim the same. Soon Bart and I will be going to Jerusalem to make such declarations and proclamations and others will be going to Israel to take similar actions.

The urgency of the hour cannot be stressed enough, we who are like the "Sons of Issachar" must take action now. Those who are believers but do not see what those with the vision to act prophetically see must trust that our actions are ordained and are being done with a purity of heart and support our actions with prayer that our actions will succeed and "Favor" with God will be restored and our "Union" will be delivered from those who seek our destruction. We must dare to believe we can accomplish what God has called us to do.....

Turkey And ISIS

In case you have been wondering why Turkey is doing nothing to stop ISIS from taking Kobani, Syria the answer is really pretty simple. All of the Middle East borders do not exist in the eyes of Islamists and all those in power are waiting for the same thing, the elimination of those borders. They were drawn up by European countries after WWl because the Ottoman Empire (an Islamic Caliphate) was nothing more than an empire of butchery.

The innocents that are being butchered are just pawns in their global chess game in which the victor gets control of the new caliphate. They want Assad gone so they can take Syria and they are waiting for ISIS to take him out. If they were to go in now they would be fighting both Assad's troops and ISIS and they would lose many of their troops in the process.

Everything that is happening is about reestablishing the Islamic Caliphate that existed before WWl and the powers that be, including those in Washington, are moving pieces on a global chess board. The new caliphate will not end where the old one did because Islamists have much more than swords and horses today and they are no more afraid to use those weapons than they were swords a century ago.

Don't Give Up The Ballot

I cannot believe how far and how fast America has declined nor can I believe how many Americans are still ignorant of what is being done to us and who is doing it. Each day that passes is a day closer to our ultimate demise at the hands of corrupt politicians and cheap race merchants.

What is really sad is how those of us who should be more informed and vocal about the situation remain silent except for a few rants on Facebook or some other social media outlet. We are about to lose the republic and still we would rather spend time entertaining ourselves with a sporting event or an evening at the bar with the guys. Meanwhile our school boards and town council seats are occupied by politically correct Progressives who are brainwashing our children in government reeducation camps called "public schools" and selling out our communities to the UN's Agenda 21 heresy.

I have heard and continue to hear those who think of themselves as political experts say that they will stay home from the polls if "their" candidate is not on the ballot. We cannot allow ourselves to be manipulated by Progressives and leave the political process.

We must be as wise as serpents and as harmless as doves when it comes to everything including politics. We must understand that "ANY" move to the 'right' is progress and if we stay involved we can keep pushing the system in that direction but if we refuse to vote because of "Principle" we are really surrendering to those we are trying to defeat. Keeping us discouraged and getting us to drop out of the process is part of their strategy and we must not give them that victory.

We must make them wish they had never tried to nominalize us and discourage us, we must take the fight to them with everything we have. If we fail to show up at the voting booth every poll watching politician will step up efforts to play to those who keep them in office and they will continue to drain our nations life blood.

Please get involved with the process and get others to do the same.

Judgment On America

Here is where my prayers have been going for days, I have been unable to "shake" this so I am going to just say it and anyone who reads this can judge it or better yet research the specifics and debunk what I sense. For some strange reason I cannot do the research.

I believe that the Ebola out break and the infectious respiratory outbreak that is sweeping America's children is tied to something that was done to Israel. Ebola started in a Muslim controlled area of Africa near the Ebola River and spread from there and this virus in America started in a "Progressive" anti-Israel area of America.

I have said many times and shared articles that showed evidence that whenever a nation does something to Israel that country comes under judgment.

We as a nation have done more to hurt Israel in the last 6 years than at any time in our history. We must pray like never before that our nation would repent and turn back to God or we risk the judgment we deserve.

God have mercy on the innocent and open the eyes of the blind to see what is happening to us and why.........

Chaos Revisited....

A few weeks or months ago I wrote quite a lot about Chaos coming and I stand by what I wrote. We have gone past all the off ramps on the highway to destruction. Our fall and that of many other nations of the world is not a punishment from God bur rather the result of the actions of nations that have violated the principles in the word of God. He is going to allow this to come not so we will be brought to ruin but that we would call out to Him and return to our senses like the "Prodigal Son".

God has set certain "laws" in place in the universe and like them or hate them, accept them or reject them they are undeniable and when violated certain actions must and will happen. One can reject the "law" of gravity but if the one who rejects that law and steps off a tall building he is going to meet with a sudden stop that will change his mind about the law of gravity.

There are principles in place for governing the individual and for governing nations. When those laws/principles are violated consequences will come. For those who have ears read Ezek. 14 and see if you can make the connection to America and what is happening to us, and what we should expect. Pray that we repent quickly and call on God to have mercy. The mission to Israel cannot come soon enough.

May God show mercy and draw the body together to stand and not be drawn into the chaos but be the light in the darkness that is coming.

Workplace Violence

The Muslim Jihadists that beheaded the woman in Oklahoma has authorities baffled. Apparently the fact that he had Jihadi tattoos on his body, his Facebook page was loaded with Islamic Jihadists posts including pictures of Bin Laden whom he called his Muslim brother, the Twin Towers burning and the fact that the Mosque he attended preached Jihad doesn't provide any evidence worthy of charging him with terrorism. The debate is between whether he should be charged with 1st degree murder or "workplace violence".

I'll have to ask you to excuse me for a while because I'm on my way to the ER to see if the blood shooting from my eyes and ears means I have high blood pressure or just a simple leak from my brain.....Thank God for Obamacare......

Self Control

"I have much to say about you and much to condemn, but I won’t. For I say only what I have heard from the one who sent me, and he is completely truthful.”

This verse clearly shows that the 'man' Jesus wanted to jump all over the people He was speaking to and point out their sins, but He didn't do it. Jesus was tempted in every way we are but didn't surrender to His flesh, He exercised the fruit of the Spirit instead.

Galatians 5 lists the fruit of the Spirit, the last "fruit" listed is "Self Control". I did a little research and discovered something interesting, the meaning of the words 'self' and 'control' in Greek is "Self Control", so there is no excuse for exploding on people or for any other actions that are not Christ like.

Jesus was aware that His human nature was capable and likely to be less than truthful so He chose to restrain His flesh and yield to His father's will. There is a parallel between what Jesus did in dealing with the people in the temple and what Moses did in the desert when dealing with the children of Israel.

Moses was upset with the children of Israel and expressed that anger to the people by striking the "Rock" when told to speak to it. He portrayed God to the people in an inappropriate way and it cost him a very high price. He was denied entry to the "Promised Land" and the rest he longed for because he allowed his emotions to speak instead of his spirit. In His mercy God allowed him to see the land but he never entered into it in his flesh.

Some times we deny our selves the blessings of God because we are not in control of our emotions or actions. When we misrepresent God to the world it is a serious thing because the eternal state of men's souls are at stake. It is our primary goal as believers to make disciples of men for God's Kingdom.

I am, going to the mountain top today to seek God's grace and forgiveness for the actions I have taken and the words I have spoken that have misrepresented Jesus to those in my sphere of influence. Help me Jesus.....

The Power Of Words

"Wherefore, holy brethren, partakers of the heavenly calling, consider the Apostle and High Priest of our confession, Christ Jesus;"

I believe that because of the depth of meaning held within the original languages of the Bible it is impossible for one English translation or version to capture the full meaning of the text. That being the case, in my opinion, each of the many translations holds only a single facet of what God is saying to us.

I believe that death and life are in the "tongue" and that we have untold power that is released through the words we speak, and in fact that our words have creative power. The power of the spoken word exceeds the power of any weapon man can develop and unleash to bring destruction. Proverbs specifically puts the word "death" before life when it states the power in our words because in our fallen state death reigns until we accept Jesus and we are renewed, "Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new."

When the writer of Hebrews wrote that Jesus is the High Priest of our confession, to me, he was saying that the words we speak as believers hold great power and Jesus, because we are in covenant with Him, must preform the High Priestly function over them.
The High Priest takes our "offerings" in to the Holy place and presents them to God on our behalf. This is one of those areas where my theology may differ from many, but there can be no doubt that our words produce powerful results. If what I believe is true then it would explain why so many believers live in constant joy and have peace even in the worst of circumstances while others live with fear and oppression one day and joy the next as though they were riding a roller coaster at an amusement park.

Paul said that the renewing of our mind is critical to maintaining our stability and that we must continually "be being filled with the Spirit". When the reality of the power in our words is seen by believers and we begin to use those word as the Spirit leads we will see an out break of faith like nothing we have seen to date.

The most powerful words that have ever been penned or spoken are recorded within the scriptures and those are the words that should be being spoken by believers today. The words of God hold within them the power of salvation of both the individual and that of the nations. Today, if we hear His voice and "Speak to the dry bones" and to the nations we can change the course of individuals and nations. It is through the spoken word that we will fulfill the mandate we were given by Jesus to "Make disciples of all nations".

The Gates Of Hell Have Been Opened

With the attacks on ISIS in Syria and Iraq comes the promise by ISIS leaders that if America attacks they will come at us hard on all fronts. Be very alert to anything that seems "odd". If you have a gut feeling about going or not going somewhere follow that feeling.

The foiled attacks on random civilians in Australia are more than probable to take place here. Intelligence agencies have said that they know of at least 100 ISIS members who have "Reentered" the US and have access to "military equipment" but they have said nothing of the hundreds and possibly thousands of them and other terrorists they have allowed to enter the US through the Southern border.

We have opened the gates of hell and the demonically possessed hordes will stop at nothing to garner revenge on those they see as their enemy, all infidels and especially Americans. When the gates were opened a plan to stop ISIS was not the only goal, Assad WILL be overthrown and Jihadists will take control of Syria and the Caliphate will be enlarged. Those who are in control may not be called IS, ISIS, ISIL or any other known label but the same demonic ideology will be the driving force of who ever it is.

Pray like your life and the lives of those you know and love are at stake because they are....

Appeasement strategy

It takes a person with an awful lot of room in their head for thought to believe what we are being told about the administration’s strategy to.…well whatever it is they say they are going to do to ISIS this week. I am by no means a military genius, but I know that if someone who has already murdered thousands and beheaded hundreds on video, and posted those murders on YouTube, say they are coming for you next, you better take them serious.

 I am sick of political pundits and spineless politicians who have been elected by well-meaning but ill-informed voters ruining this nation. We have lost our government to those who are, as I write this, trying to pass legislation that will amend the 1^st amendment to end our right to speak out against the government because they want to appease a vocal minority of people, among whom are those who seek our destruction.

Politically correct politicians who have been entrusted to uphold the Constitution and to defend our nation have betrayed their oath and put America at grave risk of attack by their refusal to name our enemy. They ignore the history of that enemy and its nearly 300 year history of attacking us and our assets both here and abroad.

 From the time George Washington was our president to this day the same enemy has been trying to destroy us, but this time they will attempt our destruction from within our own borders and our government. Unlike those who were running the country in the 17 and 1800’s our current leaders are more concerned about being sensitive to the feelings of their voter base than the protection of our republic.

If the current administration does not, and I predict they will not, name our enemy and declare war against it we will find ourselves under siege and bodies will begin to pile up in our streets again. Appeasement never works when dealing with a murderous ideology, as England discovered when dealing with the Nazis.

The enemy we are being threatened by is Islam, not all Muslims but the Ideology many of them follow, and the only way to keep America safe from its evils is to declare war on it and use the full force of our military, including ground troops, to hunt down and kill those who seek our destruction in the name of Allah. If we, the people who are the focus of Islam’s hate, remain silent we will pay a grave price.

We must clearly identify the enemy so that there can be no confusion as to who they are and what their goal is. ISIS is only one “brigade” in enemy’s army, one of the most brutal but still only a small part of it. It must be understood that every Islamic terror organization in the world today is an offshoot of the Muslim Brotherhood and that the Brotherhood holds very key roles in our government.

 Many of our allies have declared the Brotherhood a terror group, but for whatever reason this administration, and the last one, has decided to embrace them as a harmless secular group who just want to be a part of western society living at peace with all. Nothing could be further from the truth, they seek our destruction and they must be confronted and removed from all sensitive areas of our government. Their mouth- piece, CAIR, is an unindicted coconspirator in America’s largest terror trial and yet they are welcomed into our society and are appeased at every turn by our politicians.

This madness must end but the only way it will is by the average American waking up and realizing the threat Islam poses. It is time to make our representatives stop being politically correct and stand up for our rights and defend this republic against all enemies foreign and domestic. Islam must be exposed.

Revised Version

America Please Come Back....

Is it just me or is there way too much "news" coverage about NFL players and the violence they have done against their families ?

Don't get me wrong, it is absolutely never right to do what has been done, but is it only happening in the NFL. Is it not happening within in the "Rap" music world ? Is it not happening more in black culture than white?

Why is the entire news media "industry" spending hours covering this issue? I guess the bigger question is why is this kind of violence happening in the first place? Could it be that Progressive policies have led to the moral decay of society? Could it be that when a society believes it no longer needs God or when a nation removes His influence from the public square the breakdown of the family and loss of the value of human life resulting in violence is the result?

Why yes, yes I think it is possible...No wait, it is not possible it is inevitable....America, please return to your God, I beg of you, return before it is too late... 

Peace

"...Be joyful. Grow to maturity. Encourage each other. Live in harmony and peace. Then the God of love and peace will be with you...."

It is a choice to be joyful, a choice in adverse circumstances that is only possible if one has the eternal perspective that comes with knowing God in a personal way.

Growing to maturity is only possible if we follow the advice of the writer of Hebrews and go on past our foundational teachings and seek the deeper teachings and doctrines . "Surely we don’t need to start again with the fundamental importance of repenting from evil deeds and placing our faith in God. You don’t need further instruction about baptisms, the laying on of hands, the resurrection of the dead, and eternal judgment. And so, God willing, we will move forward to further understanding. "Hebrews 6:1 NLT

Encouraging one another is critical to maintaining our courage in difficult situations. Even Jesus needed encouragement as was evidenced by His father speaking to Him saying "This is my beloved Son in whom I am well pleased".

Living in harmony and peace is also a choice. We should concentrate on those areas in which we agree and refuse to allow division on non-essentials to cause chaos and bring shame and a distaste for our faith by those who do not know our God. If we are to cause the Jew and gentile to be jealous of our relationship with God we must demonstrate our ability to agree to disagree and yet love and live in harmony and in peace.

If we choose to do these things we have the guarantee that God will be with us! That alone should be enough reason to strive to become what this verse commands us to do.

Today I commit to living in joy while encouraging my brothers and sisters to live in harmony so that we may grow together in our faith and experience the presence of God in all circumstances which always brings a peace that passes our understanding....

Arming The Enemy

The "Free Syrian Army" is about to receive substantial monetary support and very likely "Heavy" arms from the US. The House and Senate are debating, not if but how to 'funnel' the support to them.

Not surprisingly the media is not reporting the "FACT" that the Free Syrian Army are themselves fundamental Islamic monsters who videoed themselves cutting the heart and liver out of Syrian armed forces and eating them. I posted the self shot video here on The Constitutional Fox and on my personal page a couple weeks ago as proof of who they are.

I do not believe this action by our government can be stopped because removing Assad from power is part of the Progressive agenda. Muslim Brotherhood operatives within the current administration are working hand in hand with their "children" in the Middle East to reestablish an Islamic Caliphate that will seek to destroy Israel and eventually dominate the world.

America is under attack from within our own government and the result will be deadly to many of our fellow citizens. Our only hope to stop the madness is for every American to humble themselves and pray for God to restore our foundation. If we do not return to a firm reliance on Divine preservation we will face demonic destruction much like what is taking place throughout North Africa and the Middle East.

Emotional Manipulation

The devil has a way of twisting our emotions and using our feelings to bring us out of fellowship with each other and with God. We must not be ignorant of his strategies or how he uses what God has created within us. It is important to understand how our emotions work so we can keep them in control.

Every emotion we experience stems from a thought that passes through our mind, the thought then triggers a reaction within the brain releasing chemicals resulting in feelings or emotions. The emotion then feeds the original thought and a cycle begins that can spiral out of control. The original thought can be insignificant and unnoticed but it is not the size or content that matters, the process is. (I am not a biologist and I never played one on TV either, I read this brain stuff somewhere)

The Apostle Paul said that we need to renew our minds with the washing of the water of the word so that we are solid in our foundation and strong in our faith. He knew there would be a war taking place for our mind and that every thought comes either from God, our soul or Satan and to win the battle we need to keep feeding our minds the scriptures. Satan knows this full well and has a keen knowledge of how our body and mind work and has been able to effectively hinder many believers ability to walk through life with consistency.

I have talked to many believers who are tired of the fight and ready to give up because they feel dry or empty and have for a very long time. They do not realize that they are not dry or empty, they are "thirsty and hungry". The spirit mirrors the body in many ways and nutrition is one of them. If a person goes without food and water long enough the body begins to shut down and the desire for nourishment fades, the same is true of our spirit.

The manipulation of our feelings and emotions is a powerful tool but not as powerful as the word. It takes discipline to get in the habit of feeding regularly and no one needs the same amount, but we all need some. We can become too "religious" about reading the word and neglect the quiet time for meditating on the word and listening for the Spirit to speak. There is an old saying I learned in Bible school; "too much of the word without the Spirit and you dry up and too much of the Spirit without the word and you blow up", there is a proper balance for each individual and it is important to find it and maintain it.

The way to experience life abundantly in the spirit is to find the right balance of diet for you and stick to it (snacks are always ok on this diet). When you feel something odd in your emotions take note of what thought went through your mind before it takes control of you and you control it. God created our emotions so it is always wise to listen to our feelings because sometimes they are how He communicates to us. (I need a snack) .

"Lone Rangers"

"Your mistake is that you don’t know the Scriptures, and you don’t know the power of God."

Jesus is speaking to the Sadducee's, those who are not spiritually alive and yet pretend to have authority in spiritual matters. They are very similar to those today who speak of the Church as being a non-essential gathering place to justify being "Lone Rangers" and claiming spirituality is the way to keep in right relationship with God, their hypocrisy is, to me astounding.

Spirituality is meaningless if the spirit behind it is not The Holy Spirit, and I for one do not believe He is the author of an ideology that justifies not gathering together regularly with His Body, the one He died to establish. Everywhere in the New Testament the writers address the Church in their letters and not individuals. Revelation starts with letters "To the Church in", not to the "guys who live in".

There is great danger in trying to be "Lone Rangers", and those who justify forsaking His body rob themselves of the great treasures within her and they rob her of the treasures within them that God has given to help build her up and bring her to maturity. Any new believer who reads Hebrews 10 can come to no other conclusion than that gathering together regularly is crucial. Those who claim to be above the need for gathering together should read their Bible without preconceived ideas or without trying to justify a position or while trying to whitewash pain or perceived betrayal by those in the Body.

We need each other and to be a healthy body all the members must be joined together....

The One New Man

Revival on the scale God desires cannot happen unless or until Israel and the Jewish people are a part of it. We may continue to see small outbursts here and there like Brownsville or Toronto but that's all it will be is small outbursts. The waves we have seen over the past few years have been beneficial to the Kingdom but they have had limited impact on the world and have been only temporary outpourings.

If we are sincere in our desire to see the hand of God move in a lasting way then the Church must begin to earnestly pray for Israel to be grafted back into the Vine. It must not matter to us whether our individual congregations grow in size or not, what must take priority is Israel coming into her destiny. The "One New Man" Paul prophesied would be revealed depends solely on Israel accepting Jesus Christ as her Messiah and the Church openly receiving her.

If our motive is pure, we intercede for Israel and invest in those who are actively working to help her recognize Jesus as her Messiah we will experience revival in ways we could not dream. The promise we have is that if we bless Israel God will bless us.

Lasting Revial And The Jew

"Now if the Gentiles were enriched because the people of Israel turned down God’s offer of salvation, think how much greater a blessing the world will share when they finally accept it." Romans 11:12 NLT

"If" we gentiles have been enriched because we accepted Jesus is a rhetorical statement, we know without question the world has been more than enriched and continues to be.

Paul saying "When" Israel accepts Jesus is a huge reason for the Church to be not just 'hoping' for Israel to accept Him but to be making her acceptance of Him a priority above nearly all else. It is only when the Jewish people collectively have their eyes opened to see the truth of who their Messiah is and embrace the One they pierced that true and lasting revival will come.

"I stress this, for I want somehow to make the people of Israel jealous of what you Gentiles have, so I might save some of them. For since their rejection meant that God offered salvation to the rest of the world, their acceptance will be even more wonderful. It will be life for those who were dead!" 14-15

If Paul was "Stressed" to find some way to make Jews jealous of the salvation we have been given then how much more should the Body of Christ be "Stressing" to see the desire of God's heart fulfilled. We should be putting every available resource we have, that is above what is necessary to maintain what we have been given to steward, into missions directed toward Israel. At the very least every Church should be giving a portion of their tithe to support the evangelization of the Jewish people in Israel and in their local community.

God does not need our financing to get the job done but it is clearly stated in scripture that those who bless Israel will be and are blessed. By investing in seeing Jews receive salvation we all benefit. When Churches finally see that Israel realizing her destiny is crucial to God's plan (and is dear to His heart) for these last days, and begin to earnestly seek the Spirits direction in the role they should be playing to that end, we will see life come to those who are now dead and the revival we have all been praying for a reality.

Boots On The Ground

Did you ever wonder why everybody in government is saying there will be "No Boots On The Ground" to battle ISIS? I have been pondering it and I always come to the same conclusion; they are all a bunch of lying, manipulating weasels who care only about their political careers! Even the top brass in Washington are sell out weasels looking more toward their retirement and speaking engagements to stuff their coffers than the defense of America.

V.P. Biden made an "impassioned" speech yesterday (if you buy his dramatization) that the press has been using to make it appear as though the Democratic party is throwing Obama under the bus. Well I for one am not buying any of it.

When our troops who are deployed in Iraq heard the B.S. Biden spewed about "Chasing them (ISIS) to the gates of hell" their response to his remarks was "How the F___(their word not mine) are we supposed to do that if we aren't allowed to go past the front gate of our compound?"

We have not won a war and held the victory since WWll because politicians won't let our military fight to win. Political correctness has all but destroyed America and if it is not stopped the proverbial full figured gal is going to sing and it will be lights out America.
We have the greatest fighting force the world has ever seen and they are chomping at the bit to be turned loose on the evil known as Islam. Our soldiers, at he ground level anyway, are committed, are willing and are able to take on the enemies of liberty and fight to the death to see them defeated, it is political correctness and Progressive policies that have allowed Islam to gain the ground it has.

It is time to throw the professional politicians at every level of government out on their butts!

The Airplanes Are Coming...

 By now most people are aware of the fact that there are 12 missing airliners, including the one I wrote about back in March. The media coverage of the missing Malaysian  flight 370 and the massive search in the Indian Ocean went on 24/7 for weeks but little is being said about the airliners that are missing from Libya.

  Everyone knows what I think happened to flight 370 but I have not spoken out about the Libyan airliners yet. After talking with some people who know a lot of what is going on from the inside, I feel safe in saying that at least some of these planes have a "High Probability" of being used against America and the ones that don't come here will likely show up in Israel. 

  If you remember just week before flight 370 went missing Iran ran TV commercials depicting planes flying into buildings in Israel. While it is a possibility that Islamists will fly planes into buildings in Israel and in America I do not necessarily believe that that is the most likely scenario. Both the US and Israel are and will be on alert for planes being used as missiles and those in control of the missing planes are aware of that, but that doesn't mean they won't try that approach.

 I think it is wise to consider another way to 'use' a jet to carry out an attack that would devastate the airline industry, possibly cripple the economy and strike fear into the heart of many. "IF" I were going to use a plane to carry out an attack and wanted to assure that the plane would make it through the security precautions I would not enter the airspace of any country I was going to terrorize in a suspicious manner, I would follow all protocols and be meticulous about it as possible.  

While I would have the plane loaded with explosives, blowing up the plane would be the secondary part of my plan. I would load the plane with heavily armed Islamists and pull up to the gate in a normal fashion and have them deplane and shoot up the terminal. With what I have seen of US airport security the death toll from such an attack would be massive. After the main assault I would then blow up the plane.

As I said in one of my "Airplane Nuke" posts, some of the passengers on flight 370 were engineers who had developed, and some experts say they had perfected, cloaking technology and the ability to weaponize an aircraft. If that is true, and I believe it is, then the probability of an attack such as I described is more than a possibility, it enters the realm of probability.

Combine an attack of this kind with a coordinated attack on our national power grid and communication lines and we have the perfect storm of chaos and fear. 

  So what can be done to stop this from happening? Virtually nothing any average citizen can do. All we can do is be on alert and be prepared for anything if you are traveling. If such an attack should take place it is very likely that a declaration of Martial Law will follow shortly and chaos will ensue everywhere.

It is essential that everyone is prepared for the shocking news and that we not allow ourselves to be overcome with fear but that we stay focused and alert. We should have enough food and water to last for several weeks and we must be heavily armed and ready to use them if necessary against those who threaten our safety.

Above all PRAY! 

Preparation

"Consider the ant..."
I talked with a couple of my friends in the intelligence business today and our conversations were not what I was thinking they would be. Instead of the usual "what's happening on the inside" stuff, both conversations went to prepping for bad times. We all were on the same page in believing we are in huge trouble here at home.

I can't go into any depth about some things, but suffice it to say, there are terrorist among us , some are under surveillance, but there are thousands they have no clue where they are or what they are planning.

Everyone of us must be prepared to help everyone who is, at the present time, blind to what is coming. We need to have supplies to be able to survive for several weeks and be willing to share it with neighbors and friends.

Like the ant, we must think about the future and take actions that will lessen the affects of "winter". We cannot allow fear to control us, we must do what ever it takes to help each other. There are going to be millions of people who will need help and who will be looking for answers and we who believe have the answers they need.

We are about to see the greatest harvest opportunity we have ever seen so we must prepare for it while we can. My advice to all right now is to become Kingdom minded in everything. Pray for the plans that would cause harm to be exposed and stopped .Build up supplies, that include bibles, make sure you are wise in how and who you are helping.

Now is the time to be sowing into the Kingdom. We need to support missions and especially those we know personally so we know our resources are being used wisely.

This not a time to shrink back but a time to "run toward the sounds of battle".

No Greater Love

There is no greater expression of love than when a person values the life of his friend above his own and is willing to spend time loving them.

We should all have someone one in our life that we are willing to love the way the Father loves us.

There are several instances recorded in scripture where someone with faith called out to Jesus and He stopped and turned to them. He never rejects those who call on Him with faith in their heart.

Even though He was on a "mission" He stopped and took time for others in need. He is no longer on a mission He is with the Father ever interceding for us, it is we who are on His mission and for our mission to be successful we must do "Even Greater Works" than He did.

He has so many lost children He is longing to have call on Him in faith and we carry Him within us. We must be Him to them while there is still time.

Lord let me be sensitive to your leading, hear them when they call and turn to them with the love you have for them...

Greater Works

“I tell you the truth, anyone who believes in me will do the same works I have done, and even greater works....."

Most believers read this verse and immediately think of all the things Jesus did like walking on water, healing the sick or raising the dead but I think we should look more closely at what is recorded about His life and ministry. He did perform many powerful miracles but what He did most was spend time among the people.

It was His presence and the time He took to "Talk" to individuals and to groups that is the most common narrative recorded about His life. His time with the "little people" transformed the lives of individuals and ultimately the world. Whenever anyone called to Him or sought Him out He stopped what He was doing and talked to them or prayed for them.

His acts of compassion expressed through spending time with people changed the world and did more to show who God is than any of the miracles He performed. Some of His last words to us in the gospels were 'just as the Father sent Me, I send you', and "Go into the world and make disciples", both of these verses mean to go among the people and reflect the Father to them through spending time with them and loving them.

Prophetic Revelation

"Believe in the Lord your God, and you will be able to stand firm. Believe in his prophets, and you will succeed.”

Believing in God gives us the ability to see from His perspective, that of eternity. When we get to the place where we can look beyond our circumstance and see the potential we have to impact the Kingdom the supernatural strength to stand will rise from within us like a flood.

When we are standing in our faith in God and the prophetic begins to flow we must take action. Very often standing is not the end of our 'mission', we are to take action. We are to take and hold the high ground but then charge the enemy and take back what was stolen.

To be successful means to advance the Kingdom and without Divine revelation we will only see a minimal advance at best. It was Jesus who said "On this rock I will build my church", and it was not Peter He was talking about, it was the revelation Peter had received prophetically. Today more than ever we need to not only believe in His prophets, we all need to seek prophetic revelation.

A Prophetic Time Table

"....People didn’t realize what was going to happen until the flood came and swept them all away. That is the way it will be when the Son of Man comes....."

 I am more convinced than ever that we are about to see a flood come that will sweep away the sleeping.

I am becoming more and more convinced that the rise of Islam, and the embracing of it by President Obama and Progressives around the world, will usher in the counterfeit 'one new man' and that the anti-Christ will soon be revealed. In my gut I believe the 'man of lawlessness' will come through Islam and because I lean toward a post tribulation rapture I believe we must be prepared to go through the period of time Jesus spoke of in Matthew 24.

Even though a time of tribulation is at hand and persecution is on the rise for all who refuse to accept Islam there is great hope for the future. The fulfilling of scriptures foretelling the evil we are witnessing is evidence that we do not hope in vain. Jesus predicted the things we are living now and He said "When all these things begin to happen look up because your redemption draws near".

It should never be frightening to those of us who have faith in Jesus Christ because we know these things must happen before the true "One New Man" can be revealed. We know that Satan, the anti-Christ and the false prophet are just a counterfeit of Jesus Christ, His Church and Israel being united to become the One New Man.

Keep alert and pray for our eyes to be open with an eternal perspective so we do not become overwhelmed by fear for our mortal lives in the days ahead. We are not mortal beings, we are eternal and we must take hold of that perspective. It was that perspective that gave the 'Human" Jesus the strength needed to endure the suffering of the cross. He saw the future benefit to the Kingdom of His Father and went willingly to the cross and suffered a violent death.

We are a blessed generation, a generation I believe will see Jew and Gentile believers joined together as a single body. The pressure produced through persecution on both of us will inseparably merge us into one body and when we become one the return of the Lord as our head will usher in the millennial rein of Jesus Christ. Take heart His return is very near!
